The Bridge Breast Network
The Bridge Breast Network (BBN), a Dallas-based nonprofit founded in 1992, saves lives by providing breast cancer services to low-income, uninsured, and underinsured individuals in North Texas. Services include:

- Treatment: Surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation oncology.

The Assistance Fund
The Assistance Fund (TAF) is an independent charitable patient assistance organization dedicated to helping insured individuals with life-threatening, chronic, and rare diseases overcome financial barriers to accessing critical medical treatment. TAF provides financial assistance to cover out-of-pocket costs such as copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, health insurance premiums, and other health-related expenses, ensuring patients can afford FDA-approved treatments for their conditions. Though TAF is based in Orlando, Florida, they provide help for patients nationwide.

VCare Clinics
VCare Clinics, operated by the Texas International Institute of Health Professions (TIIHP), is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization providing affordable healthcare to low-income, uninsured, and underinsured families in Carrollton, Houston, and Pasadena, Texas. Since 2012, VCare has served over 350,000 patients with:
- Primary Care: Walk-in medical visits ($40, $35 with advance booking) for adults and children, including family planning and chronic disease management.
- Dental Care: Cleanings, X-rays, fillings, extractions, and root canals at reduced costs.
- Specialty Services: Free cancer screenings (mammograms, skin, colon) in partnership with MD Anderson Cancer Center, and low-cost eye exams via University of Houston Eye Institute.
- Prescription Assistance: Helps patients access affordable medications for conditions like asthma, diabetes, and cholesterol through pharmaceutical programs.
